SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of collection, registration, storage and identification of human biometric characteristics. Options for the mobile complex for multibiometric registration include a mobile station for multibiometric registration (MSMR), a mobile station for multibiometric identification (MSMI), and a server for the complex for multibiometric registration (SCMR). Each MSMR (1) and MSMI (2) station is equipped with a computer that allows the MSMR station to read, register and transmit biometric parameters in autonomous mode, and the MSMI station to read, identify and transmit biometric parameters continuously for at least five hours to the complex server SCMR (3) via the Internet. Each MSMR and MSMI stations are placed in separate shock-resistant waterproof cases with locks. Each MSMR and MSMI station is equipped with a subsystem for scanning fingerprints, palm vein patterns, facial biometrics, a voice recording subsystem, iris scanning, as well as an uninterruptible power supply subsystem, a computing processing system, software, a visualization system, a sound warning and alarm system, modules for crypto-protection of the communication channel, cable outputs with connectors for connecting external communication lines. The SCMR server is equipped with a cryptographic protection gateway and software for managing a database of human biometric parameters. The complex is designed with the ability to integrate the server with the Unified Biometric System, as well as with the ability to install tamper sensors for mobile stations, to install an LTE modem inside each mobile station, with the ability to combine MSMR and MSMI in one case when interacting with one SCMR server.

EFFECT: expansion of the arsenal of devices for obtaining, registering, storing, identifying and using the parameters of a person’s biometric data with an increase in the number of used parameters that allow monitoring a person’s condition according to several obtained biometric parameters.
