SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to digital control and regulation systems with analogue outputs, and is intended for checking and adjustment of regulation, protection and control units of AC power supply systems. Proposed device comprises input switch, fuse unit, rectifier, auxiliary power supply unit, bipolar power supply unit, three low frequency amplifiers, smoothing filter, three-phase inverter, three step-down transformers, three step-up transformers, three low frequency filters 400 Hz, three low-frequency filters 800 Hz, exciter excitation winding simulator and digital computer system. Also disclosed is a test bench and adjustment of regulation, protection and control units, comprising a device which simulates electronically a non-contact synchronous generator (input switch, a fuse unit, a rectifier, an auxiliary power supply unit, a bipolar power supply unit, three low frequency amplifiers, a smoothing filter, a three-phase inverter, three step-down transformers, three step-up transformers, three low frequency filters 400 Hz, three low frequency filters 800 Hz, exciter excitation winding simulator, digital computer system) and a control panel.

EFFECT: replacement of non-contact synchronous generator and heavy electric drive required for operation of this generator with light and portable static electronic device (generator simulator).
