SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protection of military and civil facilities. Motion sensor (1) interconnected with synchronization unit (2) is installed on proposed path of body (5) movement. Also, inductor (4) connected to magnetic-pulse unit (MPU) (3) is installed behind sensor (1) along prospective path of body (5) movement, at a distance sufficient for well operation of inductor (4). Synchronization unit (2) connects motion sensor (1) with MPU (3). As soon as body (5) crosses motion sensor (1) coverage area, synchronization unit (2) immediately operates, which instantaneously makes MPU (3) and inductor (4) operate. Inductor (4) generates pulsed magnetic field just at the moment when body (5) flies over it. Thus, the magnetic field changes the body motion trajectory.

EFFECT: increasing the area of influence of magnetic field and increasing effective action on metal bodies moving at high speed.
