FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traffic control systems. Head vehicle comprises specialized communication transceiver at short distances, processor and recommendations display device. Transceiver of specialized communication at short distances receives safety messages from the fixed transceiver and the first vehicle on the far side of the crossroad. Processor determines the first zone between the second and third zones before the crossroad before the head vehicle reaches the crossroad, the dimensions of the zones are based on the speed of the vehicle. When the head vehicle is in the first zone, based on the received safety messages, the processor predicts, whether the first vehicle will be in space available for the head vehicle, when the head vehicle releases the crossroad and before, as a traffic light signal facing the head vehicle, will turn on in red light and determine a recommendation on whether to cross the crossroad based on the forecast.
EFFECT: higher safety of vehicle driving is achieved.
