SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicle safety systems. System for attracting attention of a vehicle driver comprises a communication device, a user interface device and a processing device. Communication device transmits the first signal from the host vehicle and receives the second signal from the remote device. User interface device reproduces the graphic representation of the target vehicle and receives the target vehicle selection from the user. Processing device induces the communication device to transmit the first warning signal to the selected vehicle in response to the selection of the target vehicle by the user. Processing device is in communication with the speaker in the head vehicle and outputs the second warning signal from the remote device. Communication device further receives the location of the remote device, and the processing device compares the location of the remote device with the location of the head vehicle and outputs the second warning signal to the speaker in accordance with the distance between them.

EFFECT: higher safety of vehicle driving is achieved.
