FIELD: disintegrators and crushing devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for grinding solid mineral materials, namely, to vertical hammer crushers. Grinding device comprises a vertical cylindrical housing 1, cover plate 2 with a loading branch pipe 13, inclined bottom 6 with a discharge branch pipe 14, rotor with hammers 4, shaft 9 of which is fixed in upper 10 and lower supports, motor 5 and reduced pressure zone located in central part of rotor. In inclined bottom 6 coaxially to rotor bushing 7 is installed, through which the lower end of rotor shaft 9 is freely passed with a gap, besides, the upper edge of bushing 7 is connected to the zone of low pressure. Cover 2 is made in the form of truncated cone, and upper support 10 of rotor shaft 9 is made in the form of roller conical two-row bearing installed in spherical support.
EFFECT: crushing device is characterized by increased operational reliability and increased service life of the device.
