SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industrial and civil construction. Multifaceted composite pipe of large size and high strength is intended for construction of underground reservoirs and open channels, tunnels, networks and structures on them. Multifaceted composite pipe is assembled from straight elements (1) cut from straight composite profiles of hollow or solid cross-section, made by pultrusion or extrusion. Straight elements (1) are assembled in facets of multifaceted composite pipe in transverse, diagonal and longitudinal directions, connected to each other and connecting elements into multifaceted composite pipe with one or several multifaceted channels inside.
EFFECT: multifaceted composite pipe is simple to manufacture and can have many different shapes, which make it possible to expand possibilities of construction of networks and structures built from multifaceted composite pipes with reliable connections between them.
