FIELD: furnaces and ovens.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for preparation of food products. Disclosed is a convection furnace, which comprises a housing having an inner space and a door for accessing the interior of the furnace, at least one air pump to generate heated air, one or more air channels for directing heated air from the air pump to the furnace inner space and one or more removed air chambers, each of which is connected to one of said one or more air channels, comprises an air intake edge for receiving heated air from said air duct, limits upper or lower part of chamber for food preparation inside furnace and has ventilation holes for direction of heated air into chamber for food preparation. Convection furnace may additionally contain control panel for separate and independent control of each of chambers for food preparation, limited by removed air chambers.
EFFECT: technical result is provision of uniform distribution of heated air in furnace inner space during preparation of products and possibility of creation of different modes for simultaneous preparation of different products.
