FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for preparation of food products. Proposed is convection furnace with one or several intermediate air chambers. Intermediate air chamber located in the furnace inner space limits the lower part of the upper cooking chamber and the upper part of the lower cooking chamber. Each intermediate air chamber has a left side inlet for receiving heated air from the left side air channel located on the left side wall of the interior space of the furnace, right side inlet for receiving heated air from a right side air duct located on the right side wall of the interior of the furnace, an upper surface having upper outlet openings for directing a portion of heated air upward, and lower surface, having lower outlet holes, intended to direct part of heated air down. Upper and lower surfaces of the chamber preferably have shape, which provides for optimization of uniform distribution of heated air flow into internal space of furnace.
EFFECT: technical result is provision of uniform distribution of heated air in furnace inner space during preparation of products.
