SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the chemical-pharmaceutical industry and is an agent for use in hypertension and spasm of striated muscle, comprising: aceclofenac in amount of 30 to 200 mg; tolperisone 25 to 300 mg; vitamin B₁₂ from 0.1 to 1 mg. Inventions include use of said agent in hypertension and spasm of striated musculature, as well as use of vitamin B₁₂ for making the agent for hypertension and spasm of striated musculature.
