FIELD: medicine, in particular, vertebrology, manual medicine. SUBSTANCE: method includes positioning of patient to face gymnastic stairs; fastening of roller 30-40 cm in diameter at the level of spina iliaca anterior superior between plane of stairs and patient; laying of belt on loin region and fixing bent ends to stairs; making patient to make hang and stand on tiptoe and make inhalation, then lowering on heels with exhalation; and bending in thoracal part of vertebral column; laying of patient on abdomen with fixed lumbar lordosis; placing of roller to under chest for kyphosation in thoracal parts with roller pressing force of not in excess of 2 kg during sharp exhalation; laying of patient symmetrically on lateral processes in sagittal plane; in case of displacement in frontal plane, laying of patient on his side opposite to displacement; creation of kyphosis in patient; pressing on spinous process of displaced vertebra during exhalation, and from rear forward and from top downward over tangent in caudal direction up to displacement of top of spinous process to median line formed by spinous processes that leads to increase of intervertebral space, mobilization of ligamentous apparatus, joints surrounding regions of performance of manipulations.
