SUBSTANCE: invention relates to toilet cabin (10). Toilet cabin (10) is limited by front wall (14), rear wall (12) facing front wall (14) and located therefrom at first distance (D1). Toilet bowl (20) is located next to said rear wall (12) and is turned so that it faces front wall (14). Toilet cabin is also limited by the first side wall (16), near which toilet bowl (20) is located, and the second side wall (18) facing the first side wall (16). First and second side walls are located at second distance (D2). Near the second side wall (18) there is at least one circular space (32) limited by imaginary circle (34) touching the toilet bowl. Said circular space (32) is free from motion-preventing fixed parts, and diameter (D3) of said imaginary circle (34) is not less than 95 % of first distance (D1) and not less than 70 % of second maximum distance (D2).

EFFECT: toilet cabin of public vehicle for persons with disabilities is proposed.
