FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to magnetic separation. Magnetic microfluidic concentrator uses method of ore supply along circumference and allows tails to flow upwards in central direction. Concentrator comprises a sorting system consisting of ore supply chute (1), overflow chute (2), overflow tank (4), sorting tank (5) and magnetic system (6), wherein overflow tank (4) is located in upper part of sorting tank (5), ore supply chute (1) is arranged in upper part of overflow tank (4), ore supply chute (1) feed ore sludge into upper part of sorting tank (5) along circumference along inner wall of sorting tank (5) and tails are poured upwards from overflow tank (4) located in center and located in upper half of sorting tank part (5).
EFFECT: inventions provide accurate separation of magnetic particles and impurities, high degree of high content of valuable component while providing high extraction rate, reduced amount of water consumed by equipment with automation of equipment.
