FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ore dressing. Device comprises a parallel flow tank body and a permanent magnetic drum configured to rotate in a parallel flow tank, wherein the direction of the permanent magnetic drum rotation is opposite to the direction of the ore slurry entry. Stationary magnetic system is provided in a permanent magnetic drum. Parallel flow tank inlet side is connected to the tubular ore supply hopper. Magnetic system coverage angle is in the range from 200 to 280°. Magnetic system has a multi-pole design. Magnetic system region, which is closer to the parallel flow tank inlet side is the magnetic system purification area that is located above the ore slurry level in the parallel flow tank. In the upstream position in the parallel flow tank, which corresponds to the magnetic system purification area, outside the permanent magnetic drum and above the level of the ore slurry in the parallel flow tank plurality of washing water pipes is arranged. Several spray nozzles facing the permanent magnetic drum are spaced at intervals on the washing water pipes; and a plurality of tape-type magnetic sheets are located at intervals on the inner wall of the permanent magnetic drum.
EFFECT: improving the products grade, increases concentration, production throughput and efficiency with a compact structure of the device.
