FIELD: separation of materials by granulometric characteristics in farming, seeds and fertilizers, for example, mining industry and metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: grateless vibration separator includes chute, bearing members, vibration generation system, guide blades and adjusting units for directing particles distributed by layers. Chute has bottom in form of flat plate and two outlet passages; chute is open and is supported by bearing members in form of two frames at one degree of freedom. Chute holds vibration generation system made in form of vibrators mounted in pairs and symmetrically relative to its longitudinal or transversal central line for rotation at similar speed at 180-deg. phase shift, thus ensuring vibration of chute at one degree of freedom in way of front upper part of outlet end. Guide blades are located at angle of from 0 to 9deg. in working position at larger angle of inclination of higher guide blade by 1 to 3 deg. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of sorting material having granulometric composition of different levels of graininess and homogeneous density. 5 cl, 5 dwg
