FIELD: metal forming.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and can be used in production of hot-molded structural components. For manufacturing, pressing system is used, which comprises fixed lower part, movable upper part and mechanism to move movable upper part relative to fixed lower part. Provided is a cooling and/or heating device configured to cool and/or heat a pre-heated workpiece having locally different microstructures and mechanical properties. Device comprises upper and lower mating dies. Each die comprises at least two die assemblies configured to be used at different temperatures corresponding to workpiece zones having locally different microstructures and mechanical properties. System also comprises a pressing device configured to draw the workpiece. Said appliance is arranged according to flow chart after appliance for cooling and/or heating.
EFFECT: result is improved quality of obtained structural components.
