FIELD: metal forming.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly, to production of gas turbine engine (GTE) disks from heat-resistant titanium alloys with variable structure and level of physical and mechanical properties along GTE disk radius. Hollow cylindrical billet from heat-resistant titanium alloy is heated to upper temperature of alloy forging interval, the billet is distributed onto a cone, the angle of which does not exceed 45°. Billet obtained as a result of expansion onto cone is heated to lower temperature of alloy forging interval and is developed into flat disk.
EFFECT: reduction of billet deformation force and improvement of physical and mechanical properties.
