SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of controlling documentation. System for organizing electronic archives of technical documentation includes an input unit, a control unit, a matching and change unit, an accounting unit, a storage unit and a sending unit. Documentation set is created. Set of documents is coordinated. Set of documents is approved using an electronic digital signature. Set of records is recorded. Besides, the changes in the set of documents are changed and coordinated.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of reliability of data processing and rate of obtaining automated access to multiple permanent arrays of technical documents.
