FIELD: valves.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to check valves used in systems for pressurization of tanks through reduction gears and check valves, which are required for stable process at different flow rates, without oscillations of working medium and required tightness in closed position. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that in the check valve body there is a gate with a fluoroplastic seal on the plate, and the friction damper is installed in the guide hole of the thrust protrusion of the housing and consists of two fluoroplastic rings, having on one side conical surfaces with slots and separated from each other by a tube with a length of not less than the diameter of the rod, ends of which have conical surfaces in contact with conical surfaces of fluoroplastic rings and pressing them to the rod from the force of a spring installed and pressed by a tuning nut screwed into the housing. Installation of two fluoroplastic rings at a certain distance reduces the distortion of the stem in the guide hole of the thrust projection of the body and improves tightness of the valve.
EFFECT: all this made it possible to obtain a valve, which is structurally simple, with a stable characteristic, which operates in a wide range of pressures of the working medium at different flow rates, without oscillations of the working medium and the required tightness in the closed position.
