FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry. Bakery product manufacture method envisages dough preparation and powder preparation; the powder particles include a starch-based material and a salted food-flavour additive, and powder application onto the dough outer surface. Powder is obtained by coating a starch-based material with an aqueous solution of a salted food-and-flavour additive with subsequent drying of the coated food carrier. At the same time the bakery product represents pizza or unsweetened pie with a filling.
EFFECT: invention allows to manufacture bakery products with low salt content without negative impact on their taste.
