SUBSTANCE: cleaning head (32), including: support section (42) of brush neck (40); plurality of bristle bundles (21), each of which contains a plurality of bristle threads having proximal end (23) and free end (25), wherein each of the plurality of brush bundles comprises a proximal end head portion (26), obtained with the first mold by melting in a mold; and elastomeric matrix (30) comprising at least a portion of the rigid neck of the brush and head portions of the proximal end.
EFFECT: first shape of head portion of proximal end is made with possibility of interaction with elastomer matrix, so that brush bundles are retained in elastomer matrix.
