SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to diagnostic methods in cardiovascular surgeons, nephrology and hemodialysis. Method for prediction of risk of formation of thrombosis of permanent vascular access for up to 6 months in patients under programmed hemodialysis consists in taking into account the following patient's data: blood glucose concentration (BG), blood alkaline phosphatase (BAP), blood potassium (BPot), blood phosphorus (BPhos), blood albumin (BAl) upon admission to the hospital, as well as in determining the additional indicators: the expected duration of the anticoagulant therapy (AD), the anticoagulant dosage adjustment (CorA), presumptive antibiotic therapy in postoperative period (AB); then calculating a prognostic coefficient (TRRVA6) as a classification value of the regression equation by formula: TRRVA6=constant+VP1×BG+VP2×BAP+VP3×BPot+VP4×BPhos+VP5×BAl+VP6×AD+VP7×CorA+VP8×AB, where if the TRRVA6 value greater than or equal to 0.17135424, high risk of thrombosis is predicted.

EFFECT: disclosed is a method for prediction of thrombosis formation risk.
