FIELD: methods and devices for metal processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a laser welding head (embodiments) and a system for laser welding and can be used for welding, for example, with formation of a certain pattern when laser beam performs oscillatory movements and/or detection/tracking and tracking of welded seam. Invention is characterized by the presence of movable mirrors, providing oscillation of one or more beams within a relatively small scanning zone, given by scanning angle 1–2°. Moving mirrors can represent galvanometric mirrors controlled by control system containing galvanometric controller. Laser welding head may also contain a diffractive optical element for imparting a definite shape to a movable beam or bundles.
EFFECT: control system can also be used to control a fibre laser, for example, depending on the position of the laser beams relative to the workpiece and/or the read state of the welding head, for example, depending on the thermal conditions near one of the mirrors.
