SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to oral devices. Device comprises an intraoral bean imitator comprising an outer shell having an outer surface and having an inner volume filled with a fluid; extraoral means for interaction with user, continuing from bolus simulator; reinforcing link comprising a ring attached to said shell and extending around bolus simulator peripheral side; wherein the ring defines a central hole, and the envelope surrounds the ring and completely covers the central hole. Internal volume comprises a fixed amount of fluid which is not in fluid communication with said outer surface during use such that said fixed amount of fluid contained in cavity can not be swallowed or aspirated.
