SUBSTANCE: present group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to pharmacy and concerns an oral systemic drug delivery system. As such, bolus consisting of semisolid gel (BSSG) are used. BSSG contains a homogeneous matrix of semisolid gel containing agar and an effective amount of one or more active ingredients. The semisolid gel is characterised by such durability value that a sample having a diameter within 12 to 14 mm and thickness 4 to 6 mm requires applying force 1 to 15 Newton for disk squashing by 1 mm with each BSSG containing 0.1 wt % to 3 wt % of agar and has water content within 30% to 90%.

EFFECT: agent used in the present group of inventions allows accelerating drug delivery to blood flow, eliminating a parenteral administration mode, due to semisolid gel decomposition in an oral cavity, including in the absence of drinking water.
