FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biomedicine, specifically to use of mixtures which imitate whole blood and diagnostic α-, β- and α,β-isohaemagglutinating serums for teaching students methods of determining blood groups by system AB0 and Rhesus factor. Use of mixtures which imitate whole blood and diagnostic α-, β- and α,β-isogemagglutinating serums for teaching students methods of determining blood groups by system AB0 and Rhesus factor, including preparation of human and simulator blood simulators α-, β- and α,β-isogamagglutinating serums, where as mixtures which imitate whole blood, use whole or reconstituted milk powder diluted with water in ratio 1:1, water and 2 % solution of sulphosalicylic acid are used as imitators of isohemagglutination serums, then blood group is determined by system AB0 by agglutination reaction, wherein the dye added to the blood simulator is 2 % ponceau solution, and using simulated serum anti-rhesus and the control serum, additionally determining the Rh factor, as anti-rhesus serum 2 % solution of sulphosalicylic acid is used, in its use positive rhesus factor Rh+ is determined, and control serum is water, use of negative rhesus factor Rh- is used to determine rhesus-positive or rhesus-negative blood accessory.
EFFECT: method provides 100 % accuracy of determining blood groups and rhesus factor, enables self-implementation of procedures due to their safety, simplicity, reproducibility, uniqueness of interpretation, low cost on laboratory sessions of medical and biological students of universities and colleges.
