SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biomedicine, namely to a kit for training students for determination of blood groups. The kit for training students for determination of blood groups includes compositions imitating blood groups I, II, III, IV and polyclones – Anti-A and Anti-B. The kit differs in that it has target imitations of compositions, wt.%: I blood group – phenolphthalein – 1, sodium hydroxide – 1, 96% ethyl alcohol – 49-50, “scarlet pigment” dye – 2.5-3, the rest is highly purified water; II blood group – iron (III) thiocyanate – 1, 85% formic acid – 2, “scarlet pigment” dye – 2.5-3, the rest is highly purified water; III blood group – potassium permanganate – 0.5. “scarlet pigment” dye – 2.5-3, the rest is highly purified water; IV blood group – iron (III) thiocyanate – 1, “scarlet pigment” dye – 2.5-3, the rest is highly purified water; polyclone Anti-A – sodium hydroxide – 1, the rest is highly purified water; polyclone Anti-B – sodium nitrite – 1, 30% hydrogen peroxide solution – 3, the rest is highly purified water.

EFFECT: kit allows for modeling determination of blood groups without the use of blood.
