FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and pharmaceutical industry, namely to a medicinal agent in the form of an ointment. Drug contains zinc salicylate as active substance in amount of 0.1–10 wt %, which before introduction into ointment base is subjected to mechanical interaction with starch, taken in ratio 1:1 or 1:2 by weight, and as an ointment base contains a mixture of polyethylene glycols, optionally with addition of other excipients. Proposed drug represents an effective agent for external application in the form of ointment, exhibiting wound healing action.
EFFECT: what is presented is a medicament exhibiting wound healing effect.
