SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing grease based on lignin derivatives thickened with a polyurea thickener, to grease obtained in such a way and to use of such grease for lubricating at least a hinge of equal angular velocities, in particular, homokinetic hinged shafts, gearbox or rolling bearings and sliding, in particular, compacted rolling bearings. Method comprises mixing an amine component with an isocyanate component in a first base oil and reacting said components to produce a polyurea thickener; then heating is carried out to temperature exceeding 120 °C, to obtain a lubricant base containing at least a polyurea-based thickener, comprising at least a first base oil; and lubrication base cooling. Grease obtained by this method contains: 55 wt. % to 92 wt. % of base oil; from 5 wt. % to 20 wt. % of polyurea thickener and from 0.5 wt. % to 15 wt. % of lignin derivative, as well as, optionally, one or more of the following optional components: 0 wt. % to 40 wt. % of additives; from 0 wt. % to 20 wt. % of soap or complex soap thickeners based on calcium, lithium or aluminum salts; from 0 wt. % to 20 wt. % of inorganic thickeners; from 0 wt. % to 10 wt. % of solid lubricating material.

EFFECT: disclosed is a method of producing thickened polyurea greases based on lignin derivatives, grease lubricants and use thereof.
