SUBSTANCE: disclosed is an inhalation medium generation device. Mouthpiece defines a canal extending from the first opening at the first end of the mouthpiece to the second opening at the opposite end of the mouthpiece. Mouthpiece is configured to receive in the channel through the first hole a flavored element for transfer of aroma to the flow of at least steam or aerosol, which passes through the mouthpiece during use. Channel has the first radial size in direction of the first hole and the second radial size in the direction of the second hole, and the second radial size is less than the first radial size.
