FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pumping stations used in reclamation, water supply, etc. Control method relates to a reclamation pump station comprising at least one centrifugal pump with suction and discharge pipelines communicated with the liquid source and, respectively, with the consumer, jet device installed in suction pipeline of centrifugal pump, and recirculation line with gate, which communicates jet device with pressure pipeline. Method includes pressure variation in suction pipeline by bypassing part of flow from pressure pipeline to input of centrifugal pump through jet device at opening of gate valve on recirculation line. When using hydrants as a consumer, a pressure gauge and a pressure sensor adjusted to pressure corresponding to maximum efficiency are installed on the pressure pipeline. Liquid is supplied to distant hydrant by pressure pipeline with closed valve at recirculation line with maximum head and efficiency. At change of consumer location – transfer of fluid bleed point to near hydrant, which corresponds to reduction of pressure, which is fixed by pressure gauge, by means of pressure sensor command is sent to open valve on line of recirculation and fluid is bypassed to inlet of centrifugal pump through jet device, wherein pump head is reduced, and efficiency increases to maximum, which reduces power consumption.
EFFECT: disclosed is control method of reclamation pump station.
