FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to armored vehicles and can be used to automate processes internal from commander to gunner target designation and indication of targets and important objects on tanks, combat vehicles of infantry and landing, armored personnel carriers, artillery systems, etc.
EFFECT: provides for technical possibility of realizing the "automatic" target designation mode from the commander to the gunner on armored vehicle samples, not having a target tracking machine, implementation of the mode of "automatic" target designation to the gunner on the samples of the armored vehicles equipped with the automatic target tracking in case of failure, or when targets or objects are detected, contrast of which (thermal or visual) does not allow them to be reliably grasped for autosuggestion, possibility of target designation to a gunner according to targets, arrived by channel of combat control system in the form of types and coordinates of targets in external coordinate system in automatic mode without performing their visual search, detection and recognition.
