FIELD: optics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to optoelectronic surveillance systems and can be used in the field of weaponry and military equipment, in particular, in fire control systems of armored vehicles. The surveillance system is comprised of an optical unit (OU), a control unit (CU) with a video viewing apparatus and a control panel, a control station, transceiver equipment, a navigation system with an antenna, an electronic compass, and a cartographic tablet (CGT), means of graphical display of the position and orientation of the object on the electronic map of the CGT, course, roll and pitch sensors. Identical left and right optical units are additionally connected to the OU. The CU is equipped with a helmet-mounted visualisation system and a processing system. The measuring application of the processing system of the CU comprises software-implemented modules or commands. The data exchange module is configured to receive and transmit data. The calibration module is configured to determine the data of external and internal calibration of the cameras of the optical units. The interface module is configured to create image control forms.
