FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining industry, in particular to devices for reducing damaging factors of explosion, fire, sudden release of coal (rock) and gas, rock impact in underground openings of coal mines in order to preserve life and health of people and material values. Technical result is achieved by the fact that in the claimed system the number of partitions in the labyrinth barrier is determined, the mutual arrangement of the water curtain and the labyrinth obstacle is determined, possibility to control partition walls of labyrinth obstacle, sensors of control of indicators of threat of sudden release of coal (rock) and gas and rock impact, as well as tanks with fire-extinguishing substance are included into the proposed system. Proposed system comprises sensors for monitoring mine atmosphere and rock mass, transmitting signals of measured values to computing device, which, when detected by at least one of the explosion threat, fire, sudden coal (rock) and gas or rock impact sensor sensors, issues a command to activate an active barrier, which reduces the accident damaging factors. Active screen is a water curtain and a stationary or movable labyrinth barrier. In the proposed system there is a passive barrier, which is a reservoir with a fire-extinguishing substance in a combination with a stationary labyrinth barrier, which reduces striking factors at the already started accident. Proposed system also includes control devices and explosive hazard warning assembly over mine workings network and on devices of mine dispatcher.
EFFECT: technical result of the proposed invention is higher efficiency and reliability of operation of the claimed system.
