FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery. Inguinal canal is opened. Excision of hernial sac. Posterior wall of the inguinal canal is an alloplant. Alloplant with a slot for the spermatic cord is placed under an internal oblique and transverse abdominal muscles. And it is fixed on one side to a pectineal ligament, pubic tubercle interrupted sutures and inguinal ligament continuous sutures, with other U-shaped sutures, carried through thickness of muscles, internal oblique, transverse and rectus abdominis muscle. Then outer edge of inner oblique is stitched with inguinal ligament, and when pulling U-shaped sutures, alloplant is stretched and fixed. Then spermatic cord is laid and edges of aponeurosis of external oblique muscle are sutured together.
EFFECT: method enables fixing the alloplant in the inguinal space, reducing the probability of recurrent inguinal and femoral hernias.
