SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for a plasty of the inguinal canal at inguinal hernias at persons of elderly and senile age. Prepare a graft under the space form between inguinal ligament, connected by tendon of internal slanting and transverse muscle of abdomen, a bottom edge of internal skew muscle and transverse muscle of abdomen taking into account an angle in the field of pubic tubercle. The graft exceeds the sizes of the mentioned space on perimetre on 1.5-2 cm. Create an aperture in a graft with a vertical cut for a testicular cord. First fix the graft to inguinal ligament. Thus recede from edge of the graft and stack it in the fissured space between the inguinal ligament and the transverse fascia. Then fix the graft to the consolidated tendon of internal slanting and cross-section muscles after graft leading under it. Then bring the graft edge under the edge of internal skew muscle and transverse muscle of abdomen and fix to it through the layer of muscles. Restore anterior wall of the inguinal canal by sealing leaves of aponeurosis of the ectal skew muscle with noose sutures. The way allows performing early activisation of patients.

EFFECT: reliable bracing of prosthesis in an inguinal interval with exception of its migration and formation of a dense infiltrate in the postoperative period.
