FIELD: control systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automated control systems. Automated system for wireless control of technological processes comprises a communication and control module and actuating modules connected by a wireless radio-frequency network ZigBee, a working element and a sensor of external events. One actuating module is connected to the working element and the other to the external events sensor. Communication and control module contains a microcontroller with nonvolatile memory. Microcontroller is connected to interface chip of universal asynchronous transceiver, with transceiver ZigBee, with inputs/outputs of GSM/GPRS modem, with indicators of connection of external power supply, status of radio-frequency network ZigBee and state of GSM/GPRS network, with real-time electronic clock chip, with logic signal converter circuit to RS-485 signal levels. Each actuating module comprises a microcontroller connected to a microcircuit interface of a universal asynchronous transceiver. Microcontroller of the actuating module is connected to the ZigBee transceiver, with an external power indicator and a ZigBee network indicator and comprises a terminal block for connection of the external event sensor, as well as outputs with pulse-width modulation connected to the sensors.
EFFECT: higher throughput of an automated control system.
