SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction industry, namely, to autoclave devices for production of construction materials. Autoclave for production of articles from foamed concrete, comprising a steel housing, an autoclave lid, a steam cleaner main line, steam outlet line, steam bypass line, gate valves, pressure setting unit Ps(t) in autoclave, unit for measuring pressure Paut in autoclave, pressure comparison unit Paut with Ps(t), regulator unit, temperature measurement unit Taut in autoclave, gst steam flow measurement unit through the steam main line, characterized in that it is additionally equipped with an automatic control system comprising a temperature setting unit Ttb beginning of tobermorite formation, temperature comparison unit Taut in autoclave and temperature Ttb beginning of tobermorite formation, steam flow rate measurement unit gstb via steam bypass manifold, derivative of steam consumption calculation unit dgstb/dt, time moment calculating unit τ2, in which derivative of steam consumption dgstb/dt changes sign, time calculation unit τ3 end of holding phase, wherein temperature comparison unit Taut with Ttb has two inputs, first input is connected to temperature setting unit Ttb output, second input is connected to temperature measurement unit Taut output in autoclave, output of temperature comparison unit Taut with Ttb is connected to first input of steam flow derivative calculating unit dgstb/dt, second input of steam flow derivative calculating unit dgstb/dt is connected to the steam flow calculating unit gstb output via steam bypass line, steam flow rate calculation unit output dgstb/dt is connected to input of time calculation unit τ2, time calculation unit output τ2 is connected to input of time calculation unit τ3, time calculation unit output τ3 is connected to input of pressure setting unit Ps(t) in an autoclave.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of autoclave, reduced power inputs for production of articles from foamed concrete and stabilization of finished products strength.
