SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction industry, specifically to a method of producing construction materials, and can be used, for example, in production of articles from foamed concrete by autoclave technology. Method includes loading of foamed concrete into autoclave, setting the pressure change program in the autoclave during successive performance of the blowdown process, evacuation, pressure boost, maintenance, pressure release, pressure measurement Paut and temperature Taut, automatic control of pressure in autoclave in accordance with the program, unloading articles from autoclave. In this case the autoclave is further provided with an automatic control system comprising a setting unit temperature value Ttb start formation of tobermorite, temperature comparison unit Taut with Ttb, unit for measuring steam flow rate gsb through steam bypass line, unit for calculating steam flow derivative dgsb/dt, unit for calculating time τ2, in which derivative of steam flow rate dgsb/dt changes sign, time calculation unit τ3 end of curing phase. Temperature value Ttb of beginning of tobermorite formation is specified. Moment of time τ1 is fixed, at which temperature Taut in the autoclave reaches the value Ttb. Flow rate gsb of steam is measured starting from moment τ1 through steam bypass line. Derivative of steam flow rate dgsb/dt is calculated by time and time τ2 is determined, at which the steam flow rate derivative dt changes its sign. Time τ2=2τ21 of the end of curing phase is determined. Value τ3 is introduced in the form of correction into the pressure setting unit Ps(t) in the autoclave as the moment of the beginning of the pressure release stage.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of autoclave, reduced power inputs for production of articles from foamed concrete and stabilization of finished products strength.
