FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analytical chemistry, in particular to analysis of organic compounds, and can be used in development of extraction and separate determination of vitamins B2 and B6. Method involves preparation of a water-salt solution of a mixture of vitamin B2 with concentration of 4.5–5.0 mg/cm3 and vitamin B6 with concentration of 3.5–5.5 mg/cm3, content of salting-out agent – ammonium sulphate in solution of 20–25 wt%. Solution is extracted for 10–15 minutes at temperature 21±1 °C using a solution of a copolymer of N-vinylformamide with 1-vinyl-3,5-dimethylpyrazole (VF-VDMP) with concentration of 0.15 g/cm3, with ratio of volumes of water-salt mixture of vitamins and copolymer 10:3. Then the aqueous phase is separated from organic phase and centrifuged for 5–10 minutes at 5,000 rpm. Content of vitamins in the water phase is determined, distribution coefficients D and degree of extraction R (%) of vitamins are calculated.
EFFECT: high degree of extraction of vitamins B2 and B6 from aqueous solution without using harmful organic solvents.
