FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Modular reversive humeral orthopaedic implant comprises an elongated shoulder component in the form of a pedicle, a component replacing a broken epiphysis, a fixing screw and a component in the form of a humeral cap. Elongated shoulder component in the form of a pedicle is configured to be implanted into the humerus of the patient. Component replacing the broken epiphysis can be separated from a shoulder component in the form of a pedicle, comprises a cup-like body, a lateral suturing cuff, an anteromedial suturing cuff and a posteromedial sutured cuff. Lateral sutured cuff, an anteromedial suturing cuff and a posteromedial sutured cuff are separated from each other. Cup-shaped body has annular rim formed on its upper end. Lateral sutured cuff extends outward from the annular rim of the cup-like body within the segment of the annular rim formed by the extreme rim front point and the extreme rim rear point. Anteromedial sutured cuff extends outward from a circular rim of the cup-like body within a segment of the annular rim formed by an extreme anterior point of the rim and an extreme medial point of the rim. Extra-medial suturing cuff extends outward from the annular rim within a segment of the annular rim formed by an extreme posterior point of the rim and an extreme medial point of the rim. Fixing screw is attached to shoulder component in the form of leg and component replacing broken epiphysis. Component in the form of a humeral cap is attached to a component replacing a broken epiphysis. Component in the form of a humeral cap has a concave support surface adapted to articulate with the round surface of the head of the glenoid spherical component. Modular reversive shoulder orthopaedic implant comprises an elongated shoulder component, a component replacing a broken epiphysis, a fixing screw and a component in the form of a humeral cap. Elongated shoulder component in the form of a pedicle is configured to be implanted into the humerus of the patient. Component replacing the broken epiphysis can be separated from the shoulder component in the form of a pedicle, comprises a cup-like body having a rounded outer surface, a channel formed in the lower end of the rounded outer surface of the bowl-shaped body, walls located in the channel for formation of recesses for the thread within the channel. Each of the walls has a hole for thread formed in it. Method for surgical recovery of proximal fracture of patient's shoulder involves rotation of fixing screw for attachment of elongated shoulder component in the form of leg to component replacing broken epiphysis; implantation of a shoulder component in the form of a leg into a medullary canal of a humeral bone of the patient; advancing the first suture through the patient's humerus through the first suture hole formed in the annular suturing cuff of the component replacing the broken epiphysis, and through the rotator cuff of the patient's shoulder near the greater humerus of the patient's shoulder; advancing the second suture through the patient's humerus through a second suture hole formed in the ring suturing cuff of the component replacing the broken epiphysis, and through a rotator cuff of the patient's shoulder near the small tubercle of the humerus of the patient; and the third thread advancement through the third thread hole, located in the thread recess on the external lower surface of the component replacing the broken epiphysis, through the greater tubercle of the humerus of the patient and through the minor lump of the humeral bone of the patient.
EFFECT: inventions provide treating fractures of the proximal humerus, when the patient's humerus bone essentially breaks down into several fragments, including a head of a humerus, a greater tubercle, a small tubercle and a humerus shaft.
