FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used to prevent dislocation of a shoulder joint endoprosthesis. Deltoid-pectoral access to the proximal shoulder is performed. A polypropylene implant is used as a fixing element. The implant is fixed at the top and medially - to the anterior edge of the scapular articular process; at the bottom - to the lower edge of the scapular articular process; at the bottom and laterally - to the lower part of the small humeral tubercle, laterally - to the upper edge of the small humeral tubercle.
EFFECT: provides an increase in the stability of the shoulder joint under dynamic loads, prevention of the development of shoulder dislocation after endoprosthetics, while maintaining biomechanics by strengthening the frontal part of the joint.
