FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention represents a facing panel and is used as construction materials at creation of external and internal walls of buildings. Facing panel comprises a cement-containing base material, a first reflective coating formed on said base material, and a second reflecting coating formed on said first reflective coating. Main material is a chip-cement board (CCB); cement fibre-reinforced cement plate; cement cement-calcium silicate plate reinforced with fibre; or slag plaster board. First coating contains filler and the first resinous material, and it has hardness on a pencil scale in the range from approximately 3H to approximately 8H. Second coating contains at least a second resinous material and has hardness on a pencil scale in the range from approximately B to approximately 2H.
EFFECT: technical result of invention: construction material has excellent resistance to adhesion and is less prone to chisel edge or breakage during cutting.
