FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to laminar materials for protection against lightning discharge (LDP) and/or protection against electromagnetic interference (EMI) and concerns an electric conductive facing material for composite structures. Material is a multilayer structure with very thin layer of conducting foil metal and polymer film, formed on at least one surface of conducting layer. Polymer film is formed from curable polymer composition containing epoxy novolac resin, trifunctional or tetrafunctional epoxy resin, ceramic microspheres, latent amine curing agent, dispersed inorganic fillers and impact strength increasing component. Polymer film demonstrates high glass transition temperature, as well as high resistance to lacquer coating removing solutions. Besides, conducting lining material is suitable for combined hardening with polymer composite substrates reinforced by fiber.
EFFECT: invention provides creation of multifunctional, conducting, light facing material, resistant to lacquer coating removing solutions and UV radiation.
