FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to a method for increasing resistance of an organism to development of multilateral harmful effects of combined action of lead and cadmium in ionic form. Method consists in the fact that persons belonging to the risk group of the above action are prescribed a complex of biologically active preparations containing sodium glutamate, cysteine in metabolically active form of N-acetylcysteine, apple pectin, selenium, iodine, calcium, iron, magnesium, a fish oil preparation, rich in polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids, quercetin in the form of rutin, vitamins A, C, E and D3, vitamins B1, B2, B6. Persons of risk group take the preparations of this complex with repeated 4-6-week courses 1-2 times a year in certain doses.

EFFECT: method provides reducing harmful effects of toxic, cardiotoxic and genotoxic combined action of cadmium and lead compounds in an ionic form on an organism.
