SUBSTANCE: invention is a method of modeling loaded metabolism with combined subchronic exposure to heavy metals. The method includes the introduction of cadmium chloride CdCl2 at a dosage of 7.5 mg/l, manganese chloride MnCl2 at a dosage of 2.5 mg/l and lead acetate Pb(CH3COO)2 × 3H2O into drinking water into adult male Wistar rats at a dosage of 25 mg/l for 30 days.
EFFECT: use of the invention will reduce the course of the metabolic processes of the body with the combined action of heavy metals, in particular cadmium, manganese and lead.
