SUBSTANCE: invention relates to closed cycle testing unit for calibration of gas meters at high pressure. Proposed plant comprises high pressure flow circuit, as well as working medium flow generator, for example, turbine unit and air blower system. Besides, a temperature control system is provided, for example, a heat-stabilizing chamber, or a cooler connected during operation with a circuit, as well as a control unit for feed (404) of the working medium. Besides, provision is made for system (405) of reference counters with possibility of connection in process of operation with said closed circuit (401), system for injecting working medium (407), which creates excess pressure in pipeline system, as well as system of high pressure cylinders (408, 508), operating with different gases, with possibility of connection in process of operation with test installation circuit.

EFFECT: disclosed is an apparatus for calibrating gas counters in a closed circuit at high pressure.
