SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in internal combustion engines with exhaust gas neutralization system. Method for vehicle emissions toxicity monitoring system. Controller (12) simulates expected distribution of stored reducing agent among plurality of axial zones and multiple radial zones of catalyst (152) of selective catalytic reduction (SCR). SCR catalyst is located in engine (10) outlet channel (48). Expected distribution is compared to preset storage value of reducing agent of each zone. Radial storage of the reducing agent is controlled based on comparison by adjusting the shape of the reducing agent sprayed upstream of the SCR catalyst. Axial storage of reducing agent is controlled by controlling temperature and concentration of nitrogen oxides of exhaust gases contained in SCR catalyst. Disclosed are a system for controlling toxicity of automobile emissions and a method for a system for controlling emission of motor vehicle emissions.

EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the nitrogen oxides neutralization coefficient and ammonia output reduction to comply with strict emission control standards.
