FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry and can be used for simultaneous separate production of oil from two producing formations by one well. Well pump unit includes a flow column, a packer for separation of productive formations, a well sucker-rod pump with a hydraulic nozzle for hermetic separation of liquids of the lower and upper formation, pump rod string, bushing with bypass channel and radial hole, which communicates reception of sucker-rod pump with annular space above packer. Electric centrifugal pump with input module and electric motor. Plant is equipped with a heat exchanger placed above, below and immediately in the interval of the upper productive formation. External housing of heat exchanger represents two-stage pipe. Outer diameter of pipe of each step exceeds diameter of tubing. Pipe of larger diameter is located below perforation interval of upper formation, and pipe of smaller diameter is located directly in interval of productive formation influx and above with formation between it and casing string channel for free passage of liquid from upper formation to reception of sucker-rod pump. Inside the heat exchanger there is a cylindrical insert made of material with low heat conductivity and heat capacity.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of upper reservoir operation by means of well bore zone heating by produced liquid from lower reservoir.
