FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of optical brighteners which can be used for masking yellowness and imparting brightness or high whiteness to plastics, synthetic resins, synthetic fibers, paints, pigments and enamels. Mixture for producing the bleach includes a solid carrier in amount of 10–90 vol% and an optical bleach in amount of 90–10 vol%. To produce a bleaching agent, a mixture of a carrier and an optical bleach in a working chamber of a rotary-inertia mill with shearing force of 10–50 N is crushed at a shear rate of 20–100 m/s with further mixing in centrifugal-elliptic mill with acceleration of 10–50 g and fractionation in classifier. Bleacher is also obtained by grinding the carrier in a vertical mill and mixing with the bleaching agent. Then the mixture is treated under impact forces in the rod mill at collision rate of 50–230 m/s.
EFFECT: wider range of bleaching agents and higher bleach efficiency, which reduces its amount in the recipe of finished products while maintaining high degree of bleaching.
